• Confirm appointments with customers after they have been scheduled.
  
  
• Proactively contact customers throughout the day with technician arrival updates.
  
  
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and updated arrival windows.
  
  
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by keeping customers informed every step of the way.
  
  

• Stay in constant communication with technicians regarding job progress and estimated completion times.
  
  
• Ensure technicians have accurate job information and know where they're headed next.
  
  
• Monitor technician availability and adjust assignments as needed.
  
  
• Help eliminate scheduling conflicts and unnecessary downtime.
  
  

• Take ownership of the accuracy and efficiency of the daily service schedule.
  
  
• Keep scheduling information updated in our dispatching software.
  
  
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and department leaders to resolve scheduling challenges.
  
  
• Communicate important updates, customer concerns, and operational opportunities to leadership.
  
  
• Help improve dispatching processes and overall team performance.
