Job Title: HVAC and Electrical Bookkeeper
Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract]
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper with experience in the HVAC and electrical industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure accurate billing, and assist in financial reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for HVAC and electrical projects.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for projects and operational expenses.
- Track project costs and profitability, ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Process payroll for staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Support the accounting team with audits and financial reviews as needed.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes.
- Prepare Ruth King Financial Documents.
- Assist VP Admin with any other needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the HVAC and electrical industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, Bookkeeping Certification) is a plus.

Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
